Occupational Health Advisor (OHA)
Location: Southampton
Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent (4 days considered)
Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a clinical role with excellent team support?
We are seeking an OHA to join our client to deliver high-quality occupational health services across their head office and key customer sites in Southampton.
The Role
Case Management: Conduct management referrals, DSE assessments, and workplace medicals.
Health Surveillance: Deliver statutory health surveillance in line with HSE guidelines.
Clinical Oversight: Review and support the work of on-site OH Technicians.
Collaboration: Partner with HR, Line Managers, and H&S teams to support employee wellbeing.
What You Need
Qualifications: Active NMC registration (Adult Nursing) + a Qualification in Occupational Health.
Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
Licence: Full UK driving licence.
Skills: Strong IT literacy, excellent communication skills
Mindset: Highly accountable, approachable, and committed to strict NMC confidentiality and revalidation.
